Accommodations:
A limited block of rooms is being held until September 21, 2025, or until the block is sold out. After September 21, 2025, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. If an ADA accessible room is required, we strongly encourage you to place your hotel reservations early.
Getting There by Plane:
We recommend the Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG), approximately 7 kilometers miles away from the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Various transportation options are available from CTG to the Hyatt Regency Cartagena, including ride shares, and taxis.
Getting There by Car:
Parking costs will vary based on the hotel selected for your stay. Parking costs are NOT included with your EDGE registration pass or with your hotel stay costs and are the responsibility of the attendee.

What is the registration fee?The EDGE LATAM Innovation Summit 2025 registration early-bird rate is $50 USD. Early-bird pricing ends April 30, 2025. The regular rate is $100. |
Where can attendees register?Register online here. |
Will attendees receive confirmation of their registration?Yes. After registering online, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder just in case. |
What types of payments are accepted for EDGE?All registration fees are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. All fees must be received prior to the event—or paid onsite—before your badge is issued. |
Is my reservation transferable?Yes. If you register and pay but can’t attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization until September 21, 2025. Please submit all transfer requests to EDGE@powerschool.com and include the first name, last name, title, organization, and email address of the new attendee. Any hotel reservations made will need to be canceled and/or changed directly with the hotel. |
What if I have to cancel?We hope this isn’t the case, but if you really do have to cancel, please review our cancellation and refund policy below. EDGE Innovation Summit Cancellation Deadline If you register for EDGE Innovation Summit and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time on Monday, September 22, 2025, will be charged 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Cancellations must be made in writing. If you need to cancel your registration, please email events@powerschool.com as soon as possible. Please submit all cancellation requests to EDGE@powerschool.com. |

What is the dress code for EDGE?Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at EDGE Innovation Summit. |
What weather should be expected?The average high in Cartagena on October 21-22 is in the upper 80s with the lows in the mid-70s. While it may be very warm and humid outside, be prepared for occasional rain showers. We suggest packing light clothing and a waterproof jacket to accommodate for both the heat and the rain. |
What is the contact for specific dietary needs or food allergies?Please include this information when you complete your registration. You can also email EDGE@powerschool.com with your full name, organization name, and your dietary needs or allergies. We’ll do everything we can to help you out. |
How will attendees gain access to the various events, keynotes, and breakouts?Your conference badge and nametag are your ticket. These will get you into the events you’re registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times. |
