Meet the Hosts
Ericka Waterman
Ericka Waterman is PowerSchool’s Senior Director of Product Management working with Schoology and Performance Matters. She has worked at PowerSchool for 13 years, and before that, was a high school and middle school Language Arts and Reading teacher for 11 years. She also worked as a Data Coach helping the district’s middle schools utilize Performance Matters. She lives in Minneapolis with her two sons and dog.
Kellie Ady
Kellie Ady began working in public education over 30 years ago, spanning classroom instruction, building level leadership and central office technology leadership. In her current role with PowerSchool, she works both nationally and internationally with learning organizations to support digital transformation, change management, innovative learning initiatives, and responsible AI. Kellie has presented nationally and regionally at conferences, including ISTE, CoSN, FeTC, TCEA, & SETDA. She is passionate about learning, technology, and systemic change.
