Integration Description
With multiple integration options to support your PowerSchool SIS, you can choose which option best fits your district:
- PowerSchool API Plugin: Atriuum and Booktracks now support direct integrations with your PowerSchool SIS using the PowerSchool API. Your student data is mapped directly from PowerSchool to Atriuum or Booktracks, ensuring your student data is securely and accurately imported into Atriuum or Booktracks without using a manual process or requiring FTP/SFTP.
The PowerSchool API is available for Atriuum or Booktracks for an additional cost. Please contact Book Systems, Inc. for pricing information.
- Traditional File Export/Import: Student data is exported to an FTP/SFTP site from your PowerSchool SIS. The student data is then imported into Atriuum or Booktracks manually or through an automated script process.
(Note: Book Systems does not provide an SFTP server; therefore, the school district must host an SFTP server or use a cloud SFTP provider service.)
