In today’s educational climate, school safety is of utmost importance. Our CAASS OneCard solution can play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of a school community by controlling access to facilities and accurately monitoring the whereabouts of all students and staff. CAASS – a full-service ID card management and school management solution with a robust data reporting mechanism customized to your needs. CAASS integrates directly with the district SIS for streamlined connectivity to student and staff information.

ScanStation – A mobile entry point for students entering or exiting the building, using their OneCard to register their entry and exits time. They can also be used to control entry to the cafeteria, gym, library, or other areas within the facility in a variety of modes. ScanStation also enables notifying parents when combined with the CAASS Notify App. The ScanStation has a portable version called the Sidekick. The Sidekick is a fully functional ScanStation on a Windows tablet that enables offsite or event scanning like outdoor sporting events, field trips, or school emergencies

CAASS OneCard – a customized RFID and/or a barcoded ID card for every student across the district. Students can scan into school, scan in the classroom, cafeteria, library, sporting events, and other school activities. The card is laminated plastic, about the same size as a drivers’ license and is unique to the student. It will typically have their picture, school or district name, student ID (as a barcode and / or QR code depending on use) and other, optional information about the student.

CAASS Parent App – a mobile app (both Android and Apple) for parents and guardians to receive notifications when a student enters school, when they exit school, custom notifications from the school, and absent notifications.

Student Behavioral Manager – an application developed to enforce equity in behavioral management.

CAASS Transit App:

• Bus tracking solution
• Ensures students are dropped off at the appropriate locations
• Prevents students from being left on the bus
• Sends notification to parents/guardians when students enter/exit bus

CAASS Pass App:

• Electronic hallway management, including hall passes and hall sweep tracking
• Track time lost for educational opportunity
• Monitor halls using an Android device that scans RFID badges
• Print late passes using a Bluetooth connected printer (portable, no wires)
• Know where students are and where they should be in the building
